Ambassadors
Role
The role of the Ambassador will be to promote the conference and help create a positive experience for attendees. Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Promotion: Ambassadors are responsible for promoting the conference
- Support: Ambassadors may be asked to provide support during the conference, such as directing attendees to different sessions. Artists may be asked to speak in a seminar regarding their experiences and where they are headed and the methods they are using to get there.
Overall, the role of the Ambassador is to help create a positive and engaging experience for attendees and promote the event to a wider audience.
Some of the perks of being an ambassador:
- Networking Opportunities: Ambassadors have the opportunity to meet and connect with industry professionals and fellow attendees, potentially leading to new career opportunities and collaborations.
- Access to Exclusive Content: Ambassadors will have an all access pay to the events associated with the conference.
- Publicity: Ambassadors will receive a full add in the event program to promote themselves.
*This will be run in all cities associated with the that Phase.
Phase I: Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles, Seattle
Phase II: Las Vegas, Chicago, New York, Orlando
Phase III: Charlotte, Memphis, Dallas, Denver
- Media: All Ambassadors will be included in the press releases that will be distributed.
*Ambassadors will be reviewed and notified of acceptance.
